Debian spamass-milt help needed

So I'm testing my install, but it seems to be trying to look for root's preferences. (log at bottom).

I put:

spamass-milter:
        OPTIONS="-u nobody"

spamassassin:
        OPTIONS="-c -m 10 -u nobody"

... and have restarted both of them. What am I doing wrong? Why is it trying to read 'root's preferences and not 'dredd's?
