    Org have had 3 proposals since the beginning, and they were the first
    proposals to be rated "5".
    
    When should I have declared them as "amazing"?

    I pointed at the problem of the "let's have one amazing proposal per
    subproject" policy long ago.

If you want to play the "I told you" game then please wait until you can
sustain it by pointing to a _real_ problem.  Thank you.
