Okay. So I *did* declared Org proposals as amazing since I rated them
with 5 before that deadline.

Com'on Jose, I'm not playing any game! Like everyone, I'm just trying
to do my best to _understand_ and to act in time.
Since Org proposals were all three rated "5" (amazing) before that
deadline, the misunderstanding comes from the fact that you said only
GNU hurd has 2 amazing projects.
Hope this clarifies things.
