[Taler] Taler as regional currency

Dear all,
I`m looking for a guy, who uses the Taler solution in his region for a 
regional currency. In 2017 in our town started the project 
"Stadtgutschein" (http://www.kw-city.de/stadtgutschein/).
You can buy a paper for 10€ and pay in more than 20 shops or retaurants.
Now we want to make the service and the administration easier.
I hope for a solution with taler.
My questions:
1. Is there a person who can show us such solution in his region?
2. Is there anyone who gives Taler regional currancy as a service?

At first I want to show the trader administration the possebilities.
