It might be possible, I haven't looked closely at it. Others options are
to explicitly give a translated dictionary to the GNUstep info panel
methods, or to use a custom info panel.

There is some glitch in the font panel that forces you to click the
"Pick font..." button twice for it to work properly.

Thanks. Since an updated GNUstep will still work with old apps, but
updated apps won't work with an old version of GNUstep, I wanted to give
users a grace period, but I've updated Terminal now.

Thus, Terminal now requires a version of GNUstep from after the header
reorganization (2003-08-01).
