No, I'm proposing just one internal handler for all methods that
don't match one of the foreign ones.

Now it is done.  I wonder how things will go.  I will start to slowly
migrate code out of tramp.el into tramp-sh.el to reach a state where
tramp.el is just the dispatching code.
