it seems i added .scm to the default c-suffixes, specifically for
scheme support, back in 1993. i think the reason it was
appropriate is that at the time, all that "c mode" did was a
better job of auto-indenting. i searched for mail to see if i
could see who requested it (i've never programmed in scheme, so
it wasn't for me), but i came up empty.
in any case, now that the language modes are way more flexible, and
keyword-aware, it's clearly time to remove .scm from that list.
