Follow-up Comment #3, task #14684 (project www-pt-br):
GNUN GNUmakefile doesn't use gnun-init-po and gnun-merge-preconverted.
If strings are fuzzy in master.pt-br.po, GNUN ignores them, so they are
pointless; if they are not fuzzy, they'll replace all translations of the
respective English strings; you can see that if you clear the fuzzy flag and
make compendia/master-translated.pt-br.po; make
../../philosophy/the-root-of-this-problem.pt-br.html.
