Not a static binary, but a little build script which automatically
grabs tarballs of all the required stuff and builds a useable
directory tree from it:
http://www.mathematik.uni-bielefeld.de/~gnut/adonthell-0.3-build
Usage is like [relative filenames might not work for the prefix, only
absolute ones]:
$ sh adonthell-0.3-build /home/ingo/games/adonthell/
$ /home/ingo/games/adonthell/root/bin/adonthell wastesedge
The script is not bulletproove and doesn't support downloading from
CVS, but it works relativly well for the 0.3 release.
