[Adonthell-devel] TODOs

While sitting in the train this morning, I've started putting together
a few TODOs for new developers. They are not really complete yet (at
least references to the appropriate thread(s) on the ML are missing),
but I'll post them anyway.

I kept them fairly vague, since (a) most stuff has been discussed in
more detail on the list and (b) new developers should be able to add
their own ideas.

If you have comments or want to start coding ... feel free! :-)
