Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello Jeannie, and Ludovic.

Indeed the quality is not perfect (even if the video is still perfectly
watchable); it looks and sounds like the file was encoded from an already
noisy analog source.

I don't know of any easy way of cleaning-up the video; if Ludovic submits a
better version of course we can replace the file.  I'll upload what we have,
for the time being.
