Follow-up Comment #6, task #12889 (project audio-video):

I've put a new version of the video in
ftp-upload.gnu.org/incoming/other/conf_stallman_posttraite_cut.ogv

We have reworked three things:
* We have removed the constant noise (with audacity)
* We have made the voice of Richard less "metallic" (again, with audacity)
* We have cut the video after 1h34mn because the sound was badly captured at
the source level.
