Follow-up Comment #1:

This seems to be the same video of Richard's speech at the Boston anniversary
celebration that Jason Self proposed to publish.

Differently from our current video, this one is in one file only, doesn't have
that uninteresting silent part lasting several minutes, and in the beginning
shows a big interested crowd.

I agree that this better than the two-parter we have now, which I already
proposed to replace.  If someone in charge authorizes me, I'll do it.
