[PATCH 2/5] AX_CHECK_LIBZ

This patch extends the interface to the typical
AX_CHECK_LIBZ([action-if-found], [action-if-not-found]) so user can
define how macro should behave when macro is successful or failed. If
not provided the macro will behave as previously. I also clarified in
DESCRIPTION what this behaviour is.
