Hi Stefano,

I really regret that you obsoleted this part of the document.
Actually, there's the whole period with Ralf for instance, that
needs to be written.  Something about Quagmire would be
very useful.  I agree that it might be too soon to write the
section about automake-ng, but certainly some recent contributions
to automake deserve to be written down.
