This is only to simplify future changes; no semantic change is
intended.

* lib/am/texibuild.am
(am__texibuild_info): New internal make function.
(%.info: %.%TEXI-SUFFIX%): Use it for the recipe.
(am__texibuild_html): New internal make function.
(%.html: %.%TEXI-SUFFIX%): Use it for the recipe.
