[avr-gcc-list] Yet another install build

Here's yet another repackaging of Gunnar's files.
This time in 8 small chunks just less than 1MB.

when the exe is run, it will create avrgcc20010606a.exe, approx. 7.7MB.

Notes:
The library in it is 20010331, not avr-libc-2001.06.06 as gunnar
(incorrectly?) has named his link.
The installer has been modified for better compression and file splitting.
Report bugs, yell at me etc.

If you want to split it into equally sized chunks, use
avrgcc20010606a /split into 8
or
avrgcc20010606a /split size 1000000
just make sure that the first chunk is more than 200k.

I have not yet tested it myself. (I will have to modify a thousand lines of
asm for the 'new' calling convention before I can do that)
