[avr-gcc-list] start help

Hi,

today i got the avr-gcc and some other tools working. Has somebody a little 
nice test example? What i need would be a simple Makefile and a kind of 
"Hello World" applikation in c for starting.
I tried to get the examples from http://8bit.at/avr to run under linux, but 
this fails. I seems like the makefiles for this examples do not work under 
linux.
