I didn't know that the style is called "camel". :-)

Personally I find the camel style hard to read. Having spaces (underscores) 
help to separate words, just like what we do when we write our natural 
language. 
SomehowIDon'tThinkThatNaturalLanguageWouldBeEasierToReadIfEveryoneWroteInCamelStyle.
 I also find that camel style slows down my typing, but YMMV. Camel style is 
also very Microsoft-ish, whereas lowercase style with underscores is very 
typical of the C language and C run time library.
