But I just checked and it seems to me that arch is already
installed on axiom-developer.

address@hidden page]$ which 'tla'
/usr/local/bin/tla

address@hidden page]$ ls -l `which tla`
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 3824087 Apr 4 2004 /usr/local/bin/tla

address@hidden page]$ tla --version
tla address@hidden/dists--devo--1.0--patch-50(configs/emf.net/devo.scm)
 from regexps.com

I don't recall if I was the one who originally installed it
or was it you? The executable file has the date Apr 4 2004.
This is an older version, the current one seems to be
tla-1.2.1 from August 2004.

When you say: "I don't seem to be able to get arch running
there" do you mean that it is not working properly? If you
want, I can install the newer version.

I also have darcs running on axiom-developer since it is
the source respository that is preferred by the ZWiki and
LatexWiki developers. I think it works well and is simpler
to use than CVS and tla but maybe it doesn't do everything
you need? (Not good enough for project branching?)

Cheers,
Bill Page.
