asdf works at least basically in gclcvs (aka 2.7.0) right now, and
possibly can be made to work with 2.6.8 ansi, I just haven't tried.  I
also have no experience with McCLIM, but if everyone signs off on this
being the 'one true way', I'll make sure it works.
