A few things while reading it:
First page:
"Ayttm automatically downloads the list of contacts from the servers"
        For MSN AIM and Yahoo at least - not sure for Jabber or others


2nd page:
"Enable Sounds button and I gotta ask people what it does coz I don't have
a soundcard."
        It turns on/off sound for the given chat_window (doens't changethe      
 
global pref)
"it is brought forward when anyone sends a new message"
        depending on the option (Prefs/Chat/Raise win..) - well you said

" Font Size: Font size of messages you send"
        and receive  :)
