The loglevel flag only effects the logging level that bayonne "reports" 
to syslog (or the local log file using the append module in the stable 
release).  The syslogd.conf must be seperately configured for what 
priority messages it will log before bayonne log messages of lower 
priority are accepted by syslogd itself.
