I have just noticed that the basket function could be made more obvious
to the user if there was an indication when you were displaying enteries
that they are in the basket.

If you go to view the basket the add to basket icon is changed to one
with a minus. 

It may be easier if after selecting an entry for the basket that the
icon no longer looks like it first did (+) but is changed to (-). It
would look like it does in the display basket page.
