So, for example, once Bongo can download tracks from the net,
the icon could indicate a partially downloaded track.
(Daniel Jensen has been working on that recently.)

The blinking arrow is broken --- as you have noticed.
When it returns, I want it to have mutated into a general
mechanism for arbitrary-length intra-playlist queues.
Since an arbitrary high queue position is too complex to
represent in a single icon, I'm thinking we should show that
information as a number in the display margin instead.
Something like this:

I don't recall specifically deciding to change this binding,
but given how broken the queuing thing appears to be right now,
leaving it off any key is certainly for the best. :-)
