[bongo-devel] Bongo does not stop on "Action: Stop playback"

When I have a Bongo playlist buffer with a couple of tracks in it,
playing one of them, and I then type

1 C-c C-s

Bongo inserts "Action: Stop playback" after the currently playing
track.  When that track finishes, it gets striked through, the marker
moves to the action track, then the action track gets striked through,
then the track after the action track starts playing.  This is not
what I expected.  This happens on Windows with the mplayer backend.
