It has happened to me on other lists.  (The email was forged as being
from me.)  Apparently this is a well-known spammer trick.  Fixing this
requires looking at harder-to-forge headers; in the worst case it
might require cryptographic authentication.

But of course this can all wait until it turns into a real problem.
