I was serious, you know. Coding standards, and in particular
filesystem structure standards, are not worth their ink if they change
too frequently. There should be IMHO a _very_ good reason for every
change in the package installation tree; just ``is warranted'' is not
good enough. People who maintain these standards should consider the
plight of the end users, not only the purity of the design and other
theoretical goals.
