I was serious, you know.
So was I.
Coding standards, and in particular filesystem structure standards,
are not worth their ink if they change too frequently.
And they aren't worthy their ink if they don't change. I really fail
to see the problem. If there is some inconsitency in the standards
then they should and must be fixed, no matter what the plight is for
all the package maintainers.
