On the whole, I am very concerned about letting users choosing their own 
move filters setting. This is a delicate matter, and I can't see how a 
user has enough information to make a good choice. We should provide 
several settings to choose from and make it hard to change them - as in 
not providing a GUI for it, only file setting.
