Hi, all!

I have just made a commit to the cvs including the GUI integration of windows. There are still some bug, and some unimplemented functions. I would like suggestions and assistence on these issues.

I'll try to list the most obvious ones here:

The new toolbar:
   - The icons should be _real_ stock icons for GTK+ 2.x
   - The user should be able to choose the toolbar style.
(Only icons, only text or both)

The New dialog:
   - The player settings has no effect when pressing a shortcut key.
   - New Position does not work. Not implemented.

The 2D board:
   - I must have done something that broke the dynamic label system.
     (I don't know what's wrong, and I can't understand it.)
   - HTML images export is probably broken.

File selection dialogs and menu:
   - Should we simplify the menu at some of the items?
   - Should the import and export file dialogs remember what it
     exported or imported last?
   - The menu items for Windows/Annotation and Windows/Message is
insensive in some cases. This is not the intension, but I
can't figure out what's setting them insensitive.

Other things:
   - There's no way to see the detailed probabilities. I've
added a "Details" button, but this button is not connected
to anything. This problem may have another solution as well,
like breaking it up in two lines.
   - Full screen mode has no way to return to normal yet.

These are all issues that I want help and suggestions to.

-Øystein
