xpm/stock_stop.xpm is missing in CVS

when you copy file stock_stop_16.xpm to stock_stop.xmp (and then open 
that file and change stock_stop_16_xpm to stock_stop_16_xpm) 
gtktoolbar.c compiles

not nice, not meant that way, but is temporarily solution.
