[Bug-gnupress] Changing Appendix

Richard has requested that his article "Why Free Software Needs Free
Documentation" be included in all books that we publish.

I noticed that in the back of this current version of Using GCC, on
page 333 is a much older article ((C) 1994) titled "Funding
Free Software".

Please swap this article for the "Why Free Software Needs Free
Documentation" article and send the changes upstream.  The current
"Funding Free Software" has a blank back page, so there is room for
the new two pages article without affecting the book's layout.
