Thank you, this is working.

Now when it comes to make in doc directory:
make

/usr/bin/groff -ms -Tutf8 srp-spec.nroff | perl ./fixff.pl >srp-spec.txtT
troff: fatal error: can't find macro file s
test -s srp-spec.txtT && mv -f srp-spec.txtT srp-spec.txt
Makefile:71: recipe for target 'srp-spec.txt' failed
make: *** [srp-spec.txt] Error 1
