Since newer automake does not allow AM_YFLAGS to be defined
conditionally, we'd better leave it defined as is: -vt will not hurt
anyway, it just generates y.output and makes code produced by y.tab.c
a bit bigger, due to the extra debugging info added to it.
I have just committed the related stuff (and introduced
--enable-debug to configure.in)
