I don't have a strong preference. Although it would be better still if no
Internet access is required... how about:

  Malfunctioning keys? Read the FAQ at <file:///usr/local/share/zile/FAQ>

At some point, we might even get around to having emacs-like buttons, so
clicking in a mouseable terminal, or placing the cursor on the URL and
pressing RET will load the file up directly in Zile, rather than jumping
out to the browser.

Well, it would have to be non-standard since <f1> and C-h don't work for
the users we're trying to help :-p
