The plot thickens.

While TERM=nsterm does fix the F1-F4 and C-h problems that some
of the xterm variants exhibit, it has some problems of its own :(
Switching between shell and curses modes does not clear the screen,
so instead of flickering a bit while the test suite runs, each
time zile goes into curses mode it actually overwrites the previous
shell output, and then when it fails to switch back into shell mode,
it just continues writing to the bottom of the screen.

So we are back to listing the following options in FAQ I think:

 1. Change to nsterm, and suffer its shortcomings
 2. Fix the terminfo entry to match the behaviour of Terminal.app
 3. Reprogram the character sequences terminfo expects in the
    Terminal.app preferences
 4. Run zile in screen or tmux, because the screen entry seems to
be the least broken option I've found so far.

Cheers,
