In the last meeting we pondered over what DRS is, well it is described
in the paper at http://www.daml.org/services/owl-s/1.1/DRSguide.pdf. In
a nut-shell the "Declarative RDF System" seems to be a method declaring
logical axioms and formulae about entities within RDF (and thus OWL,
OWL-S).
