[cp-patches] [RFA/JDWP] Transport factory

Hi,

As I mentioned in a previous note, JDWP allows for several different
transport layers, including sockets and shared memory. While probably a
bit on the overkill side, this patch adds a factory for transports.

This is the last of the simple patches for this
gnu.classpath.jdwp.transport.
