Log message:
        - all tags are now prefixed with an XML namespace id
        - typo corrected: `isvolatile' -> `isVolatile'
        - nested tags are now included in output (one level deep)
        - text in tags now in child node `text'
        - `qualifiedname' renamed to `qualifiedtypename'
        - name and qualifiedname are now attributes rather than child nodes
        - doesn't introduce bogus whitespace in (text) tags anymore
        - supplies additional information for ParamTags and ThrowsTags
