I'm not sure if the cp-tools subproject intends to follow the GNU
ChangeLog standard, but when changing Java classes we (in classpath)
typically do as follows

* gnu/classpath/tools/doclets/xmldoclet/Driver.java (isvolatile):
renamed isVolatile

This is on the FSF's website somewhere... I've become used to it and
emacs apparently can automate it as you change files too.
