I don't agree with you.
I think it's a bad thing: for example how can i ban someone
for 1h ?
Time can't be used to distinguish between kick or ban.

within changing the kick ban function some very
useful features are dropped, and some can maybe
handled easier...
I would remove the 'do_close' and the 'do_kick'
funktion inside hub_cmd.c.
This can all be handled by the do_ban_kick function
different types (close/kick/ban) can be set with a
given time-value. (close=0, kick<24h, ban>24h)
The now missing(removed)feature is a (as possible
cluster compatible) banfunction for nicks or IPs not
actually in the hub.
