[Denemo-devel] Ordering of LilyPond output from directives.

I have realized that directives that override the normal LilyPond output
should do this before other directives that simply add to the output. At
the moment the SmallerStaff command does not work unless it comes first
(i.e. has been executed before, say a transpose on the same staff). It
needs to be written to supply the complete context and set the override
flag.
