The port 0 gets deleted when you do New. Then it gets recreated. Denemo
would have to save the connection and then reconnect. I use a pachbay
profile in qjackctl. It auto-connects this for me. This is something
that lash was supposed to take care of also. Support for that was
dropped because of the forking and/or lack of future/support for that
project. This will all also work better when we embed fluidsynth. I plan
on doing that for next release. It seems simple and well documented.
