Wait, I've found a workaround.
If you look at libfluidsynth-dev dependencies:

Depends: libasound2-dev, libfluidsynth1 (= 1.1.5-2), libglib2.0-dev (>= 
2.6.5), libjack-dev |
         libjack-jackd2-dev, libncurses5-dev | libncurses-dev, 
libpulse-dev, libreadline-dev (>= 5),
         libsndfile-dev

jackd/jackd2 is optional choice.
By default Apt installs libjackd-dev.
So just install libjack-jackd2-dev first, then you can install 
libfluidsynth-dev without removing any other programs.

I've just found all the missing dependencies and I'm running make.

Here's the list:

libevince-dev libgtksourceview-3.0-dev libjack-jackd2-dev 
libfluidsynth-dev portaudio19-dev libportmidi-dev
