Hi Andreas, maybe you missed the last emails of this thread.I became aware of the two optional dependencies and successfully compiled Denemo.
Unfortunately, when I first tried to libfluidsynth-dev, libjack-dev was the first choice, even if jack2 (and not jack) is installed.
