Maybe something like that (untested again)?

(define (bind-port-range! from to . args)
  (do ((no from (+ no 1)))
      ((> no to))
     (for-each
        (lambda (server)
          (bind-server! (make-port no) server))
        args)))

To be called like this:

(bind-port-range! 8000 8080 http-server)
(bind-port-range! 2000 10000 echo-server control-server)

(supposed a procedure `make-port' exists, which creates a port objects
for a given port number).
