[dev-serveez] 0.1.3 solaris build success

hi!

the current cvs serveez now cleanly builds with shared libs enabled on
solaris (2.8). the necessary libgcc is explicitly added at compile time.

however, i found another bug in the configure process: when no guile is
installed at all the configure script reports "missing" but does not
terminate the configure-run. later the build of serveez fails at the first
occurance of "libguile/gh.h"...

configure should end itself and print a verbose message that it needs
guile either installed (--with-guile) the source of it
(--with-guile-source).
