[dev-serveez] sparc32 build

hi *,

i finished building serveez on my sparc32 machine (redhat 6.1).

good news: it works
better news: it even works with guile 1.3

bad news:
- for SMOB reasons, serveez/guile 1.3 does not support guile
  servers. ela seems to want to do something about it.

- <sys/resource.h> is there but the configure script fails to detect
  it. this is probably due to a warning emitted because some RLIM_* is
  redefined there. might be a kernel/libc problem: the previous
  declaration comes from the kernel sources...
  to make it work HAVE_SYS_RESOURCE_H has to be defined in config.h

- the configure script checks for guile >= 1.3.4 so i had to change that
  in order to make it compile...
