Cloudflare is an inconvenience for Tor users such as me, but not currently
an insuperable barrier to access.  You can still get to the sites.

                Furthermore, captchas would not make the content be nonfree.

That's true.

So I am glad to find that the documenation for GNU Radio is not nonfree.
